  4. Signing Instructions
    • Please provide a valid shipping address and contact phone number where you can sign for the delivery when placing your order.
    • When receiving the goods, please inspect the outer packaging for damage and verify the quantity of items against your order details before signing. If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery.
    • If you cannot sign in person, please entrust a third party to sign on your behalf and follow the above inspection requirements. The courier is only responsible for delivering the package to the designated address, and any person at the address may sign for it.
    • For security reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please ensure you provide the correct address and phone number when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
    • Undeliverable orders due to insufficient or incorrect information will be held by the courier for 5 days. We will notify you via email to provide updated information. If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be processed. We appreciate your understanding.
