Price
Your order will be accepted at the price displayed on the Website at the time of payment, unless an obvious pricing error occurs. While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, the Company reserves the right to correct errors. If a pricing error is identified for your order, we will notify you immediately, and you may choose to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled.
Order Acceptance
When you submit an order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. This email does not constitute order acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. Only the items listed in the shipping confirmation email are included in the contract.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
a) The pet supply is out of stock, withdrawn due to quality issues, or subject to shipping restrictions.
b) Incorrect pricing or product description is identified.
c) Payment authorization cannot be obtained.
d) You are not eligible to purchase under these Terms of Service.
Our customer service team will contact you promptly if there is any issue with your order.
Delivery and Pickup
You will receive an estimated delivery time when placing your order. We will make every effort to deliver within the estimated time but cannot guarantee it. All orders are insured during shipment until delivery or return. You are required to sign for the delivery, and upon signing, you assume responsibility for the pet supplies. If a third party signs for the delivery (e.g., a family member for a gift), their signature serves as proof of delivery. The Company reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy to ensure you have the best online shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your pet supply for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, provided that:
a) The return is initiated within 7 days of receipt.
b) The product is in its original, unused condition: unopened (for food/treats), unworn/unused (for collars, beds, etc.), with original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.
To initiate a return, please complete the return form included with your order and send it back with the product. If you lose the form, contact our customer service to obtain a digital copy via email.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for no-reason returns.
